It's expensive to have them professionally cleaned, but up until this past Christmas I hadn't found a product that allowed me to clean them at home. I tried Goddard's per Tiffany's recommendation, but it didn't work. Well, on my stocking list for Christmas I put sterling silver polish and my dad found a product that actually works!!! It's called Hagerty Silversmiths' Polish. I love it!!! It's fast, easy, and it WORKS!
My Tiffany heart pendant and chain on my Elsa Peretti "s" pendant were looking pretty bad.
You just use a rag and apply the polish on the jewelry.
Voila! My earrings and necklaces are like new!
Thanks for the recommendation! I have two Tiffany's bracelets that are getting a little tarnished too, so I'll have to try this! I also have a necklace, but that hasn't tarnished at all. Maybe it's because I wear the necklace almost daily, and don't wear the bracelets as much.
ReplyDeleteGlad you found something to renew your lovely jewelry !Hope you are having a good week:)

I heard a rumor that you can get your Tiffany's stuff polished if you take it in---is this true? I am not sure. I need to polish my stuff too, thanks for the rec!
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing this recommendation! I have a tiffany's bracelet and ring that I haven't worn forever because the tarnish is so bad - it is really annoying!
ReplyDeleteI really need that!!! I have this tarnishing problem with all my jewelry...not just the silver. All my cheap necklaces and earrings that I buy from For Love 21 and The Limited all tarnish after a couple wears. It stinks.
ReplyDeletethanks for sharing. i'm excited to get this and revive a bunch of old silver jewelry!
